ABOUT THE ROLE
Ready to kick-start your tech career and see how enterprise consulting really works? We’re looking for a curious, eager-to-learn Intern to join our amazing Service Delivery squad globally!
As an Intern, you’ll join a team of passionate consultants and engineers who design, implement, and support Atlassian-based solutions for customers worldwide. Think of this role as your launchpad: you’ll shadow experienced consultants, contribute to real delivery work under close guidance, and build the technical and professional foundations that will shape your career
To help you crush it, you'll be continuously leveling up your skills with official Atlassian learning paths and certifications throughout your internship!

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Learn the Craft: Shadow senior consultants on exciting delivery engagements, assist with documentation, and absorb how we run discovery, implementation, and support workflows.
Contribute Early: Take ownership of small, well-scoped tasks and deliver 100% of them on time with care and attention to detail.
Research & Summarize: Dive into product features, release notes, and customer context to help prepare presentations, runbooks, and customer-facing materials.
Level Up Your Skills: Commit to your growth! Complete assigned Atlassian learning modules and certifications during your internship, and share your awesome new knowledge with the team.
Team Up & Observe: Participate in team meetings, stand-ups, and knowledge-sharing sessions as an active listener, observing how we Discover, Design, Build, and Run.
Track the Magic: Maintain accurate notes, task logs, and status updates in Jira and Confluence while working closely with your assigned Manager of Service Delivery or mentor.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- No prior professional experience required!
- Outstanding, clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, intellectually curious about technology, and a collaborative team player who isn't afraid to ask for help.
- Stable Confidence: You approach unfamiliar situations calmly, ask questions without embarrassment, and maintain a steady presence even when you're unsure.
- Basic familiarity with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) is a big plus!
- Exposure to basic scripting/programming concepts (Python, Java, or similar) and productivity tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365
- Automation Mindset: You notice repetitive steps and actively look for a better way to do things, staying open to learning tools that reduce manual effort.
- AI Fluency: You're eager to use AI-assisted tools for writing, summarization, and research as a normal part of getting work done.
